International Market Centers (IMC) announced that more than 90 new tenants will show in Suites at Market Square (SAMS) this April, for a total of more than 300 throughout the property’s three floors. Spring market, which runs April 16-20, will offer attendees an array of exhibitors to shop, many of whom are new to High Point. SAMS is the only location for temporaries in High Point.

“If you want to shop temporary showrooms, Suites at Market Square is the place,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president, marketing and furniture leasing for IMC. “Three floors dedicated to every category, price point and aesthetic."

SAMS also is home to SALON, known as a destination for design-focused, fashion forward companies and their innovative designs. A recent expansion from the ground onto the mezzanine level of the building provides an even larger presentation of new resources.

Also, the top floor of SAMS is home to a refreshed seminar venue. Fresh coats of Pratt & Lambert paint as well as furniture from Pride Family Brands' Castelle Collection, A.R.T. Furniture, pieces from the Coastal Living Collection by Stanley Furniture and one-of-a-kind artwork from SAMS exhibitors Windy O’Connor and Lynn MacDonald make the space the ideal setting for a strong programming roster of designer-focused, CEU-accredited seminars.

Top tastemakers at these seminars, which run throughout market, include Celerie Kemble, Mariette Himes-Gomez, Alexa Hampton, Thom Filicia, Susan Hable and more. In addition, Suite Spot Tours offer attendees complimentary guided tours of SAMS, curated by top designers.

There also are food offerings within the building, including Mercer Café on Mezzanine, Whole Foods and Sushi by Rose on the top floor, Ghassan’s and Grinder Café returning to the top floor and an exciting new gathering place outside the building at the new South Elm Plaza with food trucks, seating and entertainment. Other amenities include complimentary afternoon bars from 2-6 p.m. on all floors as well as Social in SALON events daily, including complimentary coffee and much more.
