China boosts trade with key partners with free trade agreements
China has signed many free trade agreements as part of its foreign policy strategy. The establishment of free trade zones encourages export-oriented enterprises to relocate to these zones.
China has signed many free trade agreements as part of its foreign policy strategy. The establishment of free trade zones encourages export-oriented enterprises to relocate to these zones.
Current agreements cover 22 countries including ASEAN, New Zealand, Pakistan, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Iceland, Switzerland, South Korea and Australia.
Trade regulations with Hongkong and Taiwan, China P.o.C remain while negotiations with Japan are still ongoing. Japan and South Korea are important trade partners and much of the trade with these two countries goes through the Manzhouli Port.
