England Furniture, an independent subsidiary of the iconic La-Z-Boy company, announced that it is doubling their showroom space at Las Vegas Market. The new showroom, which will debut at Winter Market January 18-22, 2015, brings England to 15,000 square feet in Building B, where they are relocating from the 9th floor (B-965) to the 5th floor (B-555).

“As our product line continues to grow, we saw the need for more real estate in Las Vegas,” said England Furniture president Terry England. “We’ve seen how Las Vegas Market has grown over the years and continues to do so, bringing more buyers to see product, and that’s what we want. Our lines have expanded and Las Vegas can accommodate all we have to offer, enabling us to reach a diverse buyer audience all in one place. It’s an ideal situation for us.”

Tennessee-based England Furniture manufactures a full line of upholstered furniture – sofas, love seats, sectionals, sleepers, chairs, ottomans and a selection of tables and rugs. In addition, the company offers customized upholstery, with more than 450 styles and designs to choose from.

“We’re delighted that England has committed to a larger space with us in Las Vegas,” said Craig Staack, vice president of home furnishings leasing for International Market Centers. “With the kind of product they have and the sheer variety of styles and designs, doubling their space was warranted. They have a great product and now they have the proper backdrop to showcase it.”
