The 198-meter-high glass tower is designed to make full use of the water landscape, forming a certain angle with the sea, extending from bottom to top and gradually outward.
Armani is known for his eponymous fashion design brand, but his interior design studio has completed many projects, such as Armani Hotels in Dubai and Milan.
This time, designer Giorgio Armani and architect César Pelli teamed up to complete this luxurious waterfront skyscraper in Florida. The interior design of all public areas, amenities and residential units were provided by Armani/Casa.
The design of the entrance lobby is simple, elegant and fashionable. Gold, bronze and green tones run through the entire interior, and the decoration of the curved entrance area also shows this.
In the dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows are covered with translucent curtains, green curves stretch on the smooth marble floor, and wooden dining chairs with bronze legs are lined with green leather, reflecting this exquisite detail of Armani.
The green cabinets are equipped with temperature-controlled wine cabinets, and the lines are modified with black edges.
Residents can use many facilities, including gyms, bars and restaurants, entertainment areas and spa centers, all of which were designed by Armani/Casa. The lounge has wooden floors and cream-colored sofas. The children’s room, cinema, gym and other facilities occupy two floors.
These residences are equipped with kitchen cabinets designed by Armani/Dada, a cooperative brand of Italian design group Molteni&C and Armani. The master bedroom has an Armani / Dada marble sink, and the bathroom is equipped with a sink and bathtub designed by Armani / Roca. This is a collaboration between Roca Group and Armani.
