The Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other 12 departments jointly issued the notice to promote home appliances and furniture installation consumption. To activate the market of home appliances and furniture and encourage regions where conditions permit to subsidize the elimination of used home appliances and the purchase of green smart home appliances and environmentally friendly furniture. We will support the development of a recycling system for waste and old materials, and rationally set up recycling and treatment centers for waste and old commodities and transit stations for recycling and transportation, with guarantees to be provided in accordance with urban public infrastructure. The restrictions on vehicles for recycling waste materials and vehicles for distributing furniture into cities and residential areas will be relaxed.
