Huge cost and sales stop, but helplessly suspend business
On May 18th, Wu Ruijun, the chairman of italyclassico (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the founder of ITALIANA CASA, issued an official announcement.
The announcement mentioned that due to the severe impact of the epidemic, the company's sales were almost at a standstill. The supplier's payment could not be paid in time. While seriously affecting the company's reputation, it could not guarantee timely delivery to the majority of users. In order to avoid the deterioration of the situation, I had to make a decision to suspend business.
In addition to the unstable supply, the huge operating cost is one of the reasons why ITALIANA CASA has to suspend business. The announcement pointed out that the construction of the platform from the front-end 8500 supplier management system, sales management system, logistics guarantee system in the middle of transportation, and the back-end after-sales management system all need to pay great costs.
