On January 29, A-Zenith Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. based in Shanghai, China, announced that it expects to have a loss in net profit which is belong to shareholders of its listed company in 2018, compared with the same period of the previous year. The net loss attributable to shareholders of its listed company is between 70 billion yuan and 80 million yuan, the net loss attributable to shareholders of its listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is between 80 million yuan and 90 million yuan.

The announcement pointed out that the decline in losses was mainly affected by the development of hardcover rooms and custom furniture on the supply chain of the home furnishing industry, while the cost of sales and management expenses increased, and the newly added stores were in the incubation period, and the profitability was not realized.
