Evergrande Home Furnishings Alliance Industrial Park (Effect Picture)

Evergrande Group and the Government of Lankao County, Henan Province held a signing ceremony on Evergrande Home Furnishings Alliance Industrial Park. Invested with 10 billion yuan, this park will be the biggest home furnishing industrial park in Asia upon completion.

Evergrande Group, an initiator of Evergrande Home Furnishings Alliance Industrial Park, enjoys the treatment as a "chief". Members of this Alliance Industrial Park in earlier stage include Suofeiya, Landbond, Sleemon, Qumei Household, Right Home, Sampo Furniture and Topstrong, which are top seven home furnishing enterprises in China. A novel "Internet+" commercial mode and "taxied down occupancy" business idea are applied in this park.

According to Yu Weiqiao, chairman of Evergrande Material & Equipment Co., Ltd., the industrial park, covered 10,000 mu, was funded with 10 billion yuan in total, over 4 billion yuan for initial aggregate investment. It is located at the south of Wenchang Street, north of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou High-speed Rail and west of Jiyang Avenue in Lankao County.

Currently, 4 of 7 entered enterprises in the first phase are listed companies, namely, Suofeiya, Qumei Household, Guangdong Topstrong and Sleemon; the remaining are leading enterprises in the industry, i.e. Guangdong Landbond, Shenzhen Right Home and Shenzhen Sampo Furniture. Besides, around 50 brand home furnishing enterprises will enter this park subsequently. This Home Furnishings Alliance Industrial Park, co-invested by Evergrande Group and seven enterprises above, will be a nesting area of home furnishing industries in central China and the biggest home furnishing industrial park in Asia upon completion.
