On April 13, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued that, the IPO applications of Healthcare Co., Ltd. and Goodix Technology Co., Ltd. were approved.

Regardless of the IPO application failure in 2014, Healthcare Co., Ltd. fought for IPO again this year and succeeded. On March 11, the corporation issued new prospectus, proposing the IPO of no more than 60 million shares.

The capital to be raised will be applied mainly in four programs (about RMB 870 million in total), including memory foam mattress, pillow technology improvement and production expansion, research & development center expansion, marketing network construction and current capital supplement.
