Markor International Furniture Co., Ltd declares that it’s branch company Markor Furnishings joined the mother company and became part of the listing company. The company name of Markor International Furniture Co., Ltd will be changed to Markor International Home Furnishing Co., Ltd after approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Founded in 2002, Markor Furnishings is a well-known furniture retail brand fully owned by Markor International. The change has no impact on the retail brand and will enhance the efficiency, cut the management cost of the whole group company.

In 2013, the business revenue of Markor Furnishings retail stores was 1.65 billion yuan with net profit of 0.22 billion yuan.
