In 2009, Evergo bought Caliaitalia’s manufacturing base in Foshan, Guangdong China, which was established by the Italian management team of Caliaitalia in 2005. Through continuous learning and development, Evergo Furniture Company inherited the excellent sofa design and manufacturing processes of Italy Caliaitalia and has achieved industry-leading level. The company passed and strictly in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 quality management standard, and carefully select and test raw materials to ensure product quality. The company now has a total producing area of 40,000 square meters, 450 employees, design and development staffs of 20 people, the monthly production capacity of 4000 sofas, annual output value of 250 million RMB. Products are exported to Europe, the America. Evergo Furniture Company is a very competitive sofa manufacturer in South of China, has won a good reputation and the praise of customers worldwide. Workshop and sofas introduction: The workshops are rational planning and in order, sewing equipment imported from Germany Durkopp Adler, free lifting assembly working platform, Italy leather cutting platform are used to focus on production safety and efficiency, ensure product quality. For the main frame, Evergo uses superior medium hard larch wood and controls the moisture content at around 12% after sterilized and dried. The frame with firm structure is not easy to be deformed and the wood is connected with screws which makes it stronger and more reliable, uses 15-18mm-thick plywood for the bend part and 18mm-thick particle board to connect different parts of the frame, uses 3mm-thick MDF for edge banding to guarantee its firmness around the sofa. Meanwhile, its high flexibility can limit the damage to human body when it is cracked, uses high elastic webbing or zigzag spring of 4 mms in diameter to support the seat and back cushions for different designs. It has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, high elasticity and even loading making you more comfortable.As for the seat and back cushions, uses international branded SINOMAX high quality pure sponge. Use an entire block of sponge of 10-24cm in thickness with high density and elasticity to make a huge difference in comfort level and durability. Sofa cushions are very comfortable and in outstanding quality, they normally fill the cushions with high elastic and soft cotton （7-15D）after smashed by machines, for some designs, they mix the cotton with duck feather to make it softer and comfortable. Between the sponge bag and the leather on the top, uses 5cm thick polyester wadding to cover the sponge for a better appearance and to make it more comfortable, uses superior packing material, such as double layer bubble bags, high-strength carton, POLYLON(styrofoam), waterproof bags to protect the sofas during delivery.
